Terrible management

On saturday 18 may 2013, i went to la lucia to make a purchase. When i got there, there was only one item on the shelf whereas i needed 8 pieces. I asked one of the staff to assist me, which they did and managed to get 2 more items from the stock room. I politely asked them to please call pavillion and see if they had stock, this is when they started wasting my time, the lady who was assisting me was not interested and just ignored me sending me to another woman, who was apparently the manager. I asked her to please check for me and call me on my cell as i was in a hurry after being delayed by the staff.
I waited the entire afternoon for a call back but never received one. This is the horrible service from the store manager. I am disgusted with clicks and will make sure that no one in my family ever goes back to there stores.
