I placed a large order of cookery & bakeware over the December of 2012. It was a lump sum cash deal paid in full. On 7/01/2013, 1 of the casserole dishes was brocken in the mail due to weak packaging as the bakeware was not even covered in bubble wrap. On 21/01/2013 i called the homechoice client srvice centre to report the damaged goods already paid for, and they promised to replace it. I just returned from the post office today, 13/02/2013, and guess what?? the very same Emperror caserole dish is brocken again. No bubble wrap to protect it, only strips of magazine paper in a box twice the size of the dish.
I am very dissapointed in the packaging division. It feels to me that they dont care about service delivery, especially on paid up goods, cause unlike taking it on account where i can refuse to pay, they are now neglecting proper service to a cash paying client. When will the casserole dish ever arrive undamaged in Upington? how long must i wait yet again for them to rectify it a third time around? i am deeply dissapointed in the lack of enthusiam to deliver packages safely and promptly. I will NEVER order anything here again!!
