Refuse to replace 1 curtain or refund me

I purchased bedding for my 3 bedrooms (full sets with comforter, fitted sheets and lined curtains) as I was starting to renovate my home. I left the goods in their original packaging and stored them in my cupboard. I did do a quick check at the time & everything looked in order. The first and second sets unpacked were fine but when I unpacked the third set I noticed a faded block on my one curtain. There are quite a few marks on this set but I accepted this as it was not very noticeable.(Curtain faded as it was folded in the packaging which I didn't notice through the packaging) It looks like it was lying in the sun when stored at home choice. I have a photo of this curtain which I would like to load. How can I accept this after my goods were paid in cash even before they sent them to me. They refuse to try and help me, saying it has been too long, no stock available and refuse to refund me, compensate me or even try to sort something out to help me. They have permanently lost me and my friends and family as customers.
