Timber City
Supplied damaged goods a second time

BACKGROUND: Timber City manufactured and supplied cupboards and wrap doors. It was installed by a recommended contractor through Timber City who did a very poor job. I returned it to Timber City whereby they repaired the damaged goods. When the goods arrived at my home, transported by Timber City, one of the wrap doors was damaged again.
I contacted Timber City and they refused to replace this damaged door seeing that they did me a favour for transporting the goods for the contractor as he did not have transport.
