I received a call from Noluvuyo Mjeyezi last week regarding my account. She was the most arrogant person I have ever spoken to. She wanted to know the reason my account wasnt paid. I explained that i had paid and received an sms confirming the payment of R360.00. She blatantly insisted that i did not get that sms and I am lying. this conversation really frustrated me as i did pay my account. After slamming the phone down on me, I received a call from Thandeka Sam who in a calmer manner tried to assist and find out what actually happened to my payment. she said that my account had 2 different reference numbers and i paid the money into the wrong reference number. Why the is there 2 accounts for 1 person??? does this mean that everytime i purchase something, it will be on a new account?

One thing is for sure, I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Homechoice again and neither would my fiance Johan Barnard. Note that this is not the first time this has happened and most of my colleagues compained about this as well the staff at homechoice are utterly rude and have no customer service experience whatsoever.
