Cash purchase out of stock 7days late

On the 25 January 2013 I phoned to order a Tyler duvet set from the supplier, enquired about avalability and paid cash for the purchase. On the 27 January 2013 i received two sms's from Homechoice 1st one thanking me for my payment and the 2nd one (Please pay R1402.00). On the 30th of January 2013 the reqeust for payment came through again. I phoned Homechoice and spoke to Adrian in the call centre. He explained that the money went to my account instead of my cash account and transferred the money. I insisted that he get my order despatched as I had aslo ordered a Bedroom suite and paid cash R8200.00 for that on the 24th January 2013. Today (01/02/2013) I received a sms saying my order was despatched, I then phoned to find out what was despatched and was told just the bedroom suite as the Tyler duvet is out of stock. Nobody phoned to tell me that or offer something else in return for my money. It was not out of stock when I ordered it or confirmed my Payment. I have purshased over R40000.00 from this company and paid for my last two purschases cash and this is how they treat their loyal customers.
