Refuse to pay back my money they overdeducted

I posted here on HP already 2 times before regarding the same matter. JD that owe me money which they deducted illegally from me and now refuse to give back. This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. Most unprofessional!!! Unethical!!! DISHONEST!!! They took my money and refuse to give it back. Last time I posted here they indicated that they will pay me 50% of what they owe me. The Compliance and Legal manager Krean Nadar is the worst of them all, hiding behind legal jargon as he try to avoid the subject of discussion. MY MONEY THAT NEED TO BE REFUNDED!!! An Independent auditor agrees to the fact that they owe me money. R43 843.31 to be exact. Money which they deducted illegally from me over a period of six years. They are Unethical. I also refered the matter to the Ombudsman for credit grantors but it seems they dont even bother them about they ombud>>> I have no other alternative now than to take the matter to court in which a judge will compell them to pay me back what they owe me. JOshua Doore is a nightmare. I hope this report reach their senior managemnt ears as I cry out where is the justice??? Pay me my R43 843.31.
