Such refreshing service

I was recently contacted by Grace Kgasi of Dis-Chem Head Office regarding the renewal supply of repeat medication for my Husband's script. On the day she called I was attending to my Mom's admission to hospital and things were rather frenetic, to say the least. Grace was very patient and accommodating of me as I was not able to spend much time with her each of the first two times she called and on the third occasion I was in the x-ray department and the line was extremely bad. We made a date for her to call me the next day to resolve things and she rang back "ON THE DOT" as arranged. It is soo refreshing to experience such persistence and effort to try and assist one with such a small issue and I commend Grace for the extra effort she made to contact me and follow-up. I have recently had the dis-pleasure of selling / buying and moving house and have become accustomed to gross poor attitude and dis-service on the part of the numerous "service providers" I have had to deal with. If only one or two of them could take a leaf out of Grace and Dis-Chem's book.
BRAVO GRACE and well done Dis-Chem for employing people with the right attitude and approach to "service providing".
