I purchased a sleeping bag at Pick n Pay Woodmead on Wednesday 09/01/13. They advertised it for R299 and when I went to the till they charged me R349. We called a manager to help sort out - Pick n Pay policy is if they have incorrectly priced an item you get the correct price as well as 1 for free. The lady (Jane) asked us to go with her to the camping department and we showed her the price for R299. She then called that department head (Robert) who just apologised and said he will change the price. Neither of them wanted to adhere to the Pick n Pay policy and refused to give us another one and refused to acknowledge that it was their fault. Very upset about false promises from your shop!!!
