DUD SERTA BED BOUGHT FROM H&H N1 CITY

My pensioner mom bought a Serta bed which is a complete dud. She lodged a complaint with H&H whereafter she was advised to contact kIRAN Sales, agent for Serta.. She had to pay R100 into Kiran Sales' bank account plus she had other expenses to fax proof of the payment driving up and down to H&H before they collected the bed for repairs. The bed was returned to her the same day (within 4 hours) Needless to say the bed sagged and the stitching came apart. She has been to H&H many times to report this. She also informed them that she will not have any further dealings with Serta or Kiran Sales as the bed was bought from H&H - . She was promised by H&H that they will be in contact - that was last yea Decemberr 2012. She paid another visit on 11 Feb 2013 to H&H to remind them of their promise to get back to her whereafter Megan undertook to call back her which did not happened yet and hence the reason why I have now turned to Hellopeter for help May H&H will respond now! This was not cheap a bed - we are talking about R5600 which is a lot of money for a pensioner.
H&H's after sales service stinks!
