NO FEEDBACK!!!

On the 11th of Jan I received an sms from Game Accounts Dept. claiming that my account was in arrears. This shocked me as I have a stop order with my bank which goes off on the 28th of each month and I have also made electronic payments as well. In December alone I made payments totalling R 1 750.00 for the month. On the 11th Jan I called the Call Centre number and they said I should fax through my bank statements which I did I then called them to confirm that they had received the fax which they had. A week later I called to follow up and was told to call back in few days, which I then did and was told that the Debtor's dept hadn't done anything with my account yet and that I should call back. I was still receiving the arrear sms's then in the week a letter came from the RCS collection dept. I then called again and was told they would get the supervisor to look into it. That afternoon I received another call and I explained my story AGAIN. On the 31st Jan I sent an email with copies of my bank statements AGAIN demanding that this be sorted out and that I receive feedback. To date I have heard nothing and on Sat I received ANOTHER sms. I am now fed up and want this sorted ASAP!!
