So disappointed

Ordered 2 gifts on the 25 November 2013, got the message that they were dispatched on 9 December 2013 and delivery should take place on the 11 December 2013. On 21 December 2013 I enquired where my delivery was, was promised that they would be delivered at 3 on on Monday 23 December 2013 and am still waiting for this delivery. I thought ordering long in advance would be better than having to stress about these packages arriving. The same happened to me on Mother's Day. I will never order another single item from kalahari again.
