Unrealible, complete waste of time

Firstly one of their sales person called me miss informed me about their product, after paying them, then i was told that he was fired and they cannot assist me any further. I must cancel the account, they will refund me the payments. I have not received a call from, when i call they give lousy excuses. No i still have my creditors asking me for money and im chasing them for my money. Yet i thought they were 'FAIR SINCE DAY ONE' they honestly make your life a misery
