Loan obtained on my behalf

I received several emails regarding the loan that I took from Woolworths and need to be paid as soon as possible. I made follow up by calling the number on my email from MBDCS and i was told that I did not take any loan. After more emails, then I went to woolworths to make enquiries. I found that there was a loan obtained on my name of R20 000 at woolworths. I explained that I did not take any loan from woolworths and also do not have an account with woolworths.
Woolworths made me to fill in the disputes form together with supporting documentations of my copy of ID, bank statement and other retails accounts. Woolworths promised that the matter will be solved.
Today I received a message from MBDCS that they have notified XDS a registered credit bureau for non payment of the loan. I called MBDCS again that I have submitted all documentations at woolworths, why are they blacklisting me. The consultant asked me to fax the documentations again. This shows poor management or client service as the documentations were already submitted.
I feel that is unfair to be blacklisted for something that I did not commit due to woolworths poor internal controls.
