Still Waiting

I have been waiting for my couch to be collected since 15th/01/2013 till today no one called or smsed and mailed to advise me why are they taking so long. Spoke to Lidia in Maponya mall in December but no one seems to be taking me seriously...!!! what a pathetic service guys...!
