BRING BACK MY COUCH

Over two months ago, my couch was collected and booked in for repairs. I was promised that they will be back in a week and this has still not happened till today. I have been going to the store and I always get the same excuse every time "YOUR COUCHES ARE DONE YOU WILL GET THEM NEXT WEEK".

I am now tired of hearing the same excuse every time and i find it difficult to believe that BEARES do not have their logistics in order. May I have my couch back please.
