Poor service

My wife ID 8508140326087 Mali Malope, went to the store at Fourways to reactivate her account.
She was assisted by the lady called Refilwe. Terrible service . the lady was rude, even when she was
Confronted by manager she tried to deny it
My wife wanted to buy one or two things from the store but because of the service, she could not.
Even thou the manager promised to attend the matter and apologise, but i do not think my wife will ever
Go to that store or use the account .please note that she did not go back to her work due to the drama
. i need the query to be escalated to Area Manager or regiona for urgent attention
