No regard for customer satisfaction

ASG Sport auctioned a sporting clothing item. I was informed that I had won the bid via email, and congratulated. The following day they contacted me to inform me that the particular item that they'd put up for auction was no longer available. They proceeded to offer me something of a lesser value (I have the invoice to prove it) for the same bid price. When I made my dissatisfaction known, they stopped responding to my emails.
