No delivery and no explanation in over a week!

I bought a Trenery handbag for over R1000 & some Easter eggs, Lindt bunnies etc. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday morning 28 February. On that date, the Easter eggs & Lindt bunnies were delivered but not the handbag. The delivery person knew nothing about the handbag & told me to contact Woolworths via email or phone.

On that morning 28 Feb at 11:53 I emailed WW to ask if my handbag was still coming or what the issue was. I received no response.

The next day I'd still not had anyone call to explain nor email me regarding what had happened to my handbag. I mailed again, no reply.

On Monday 3 March I mailed again as I'd not received any response from anyone, nor had anyone called to explain why only part of my delivery had arrived. When I looked at my order status online, it said all the items were no longer available (please note that even the items already delivered had this status!). I received a reply the following day (Tues 5 March) to say the inquiry was being forwarded to the relevant department. It is now Friday 8 March and I still have no idea what has happened to my handbag! I am fuming. I am a top tier WW loyalty member, but clearly I'm the only loyal one!
