No response from woolworths customer services

I emailed Woolworths customer services directly yesterday, telling them that their ovenproof dishes for their ready made meals are not so oven proof - I also attached photos as evidence.

I have had no acknowledgement of my email or even a response...

What difference are they making... none!!!

Very disappointed.
