In April/May this year I purchased a LG flat screen TV. In July the TV stopped working. Game were not interested as I had destroyed the packaging and proof of purchase. I spoke to LG who organised their local office to send out a technician, LG agreed the TV was faulty and offered a full cash refund which Game have consistently refused to honour without proof of purchase. Don't Game have stock records which would show the date an item was sold or is it a case of they just don't care? I suppose the motto of the story is to keep your receipts.
