7 Weeks of Waiting for a refund

Sony Bravia - Became faulty. Many exchanges with Sony S.A. Very poor response. As I had to go overseas end March decided to at least get the TV repaired. Sony eventually agreed to refund me 50% of my costs to repair. This an admittance Sony obviously fitted inferior parts in their TV Bravia. Was promised a refund last week of March, 2013. Was away for 18 days, nothing happened. Made contact with Sony S.A. and TTS (Sony repair agent in Port Elizabeth) on 24 April, 26 April and on 29 April Dean De Valle of Sony S.A. responded advising thsat TTS will refund me. On the 30th TTS phoned me asking me for my Bank details which I provided. Now 14th May, 2013 and still waiting for my refund. Absolutely shocking service from the South African Office of a World Renowned Company like Sony. I wonder if Sony in Japan know how pathetic their service is in S.A.
