Staff refuse to assist

We went to Clicks Eastgate today and I was quite shocked at the number of shelf edge labels that were missing. At the deodorant section there were at least 4 products with no shelf edge labels so we requested the assistance of a staff member, Eric attended. He went and checked the prices of the first 2 products for us with an attitude and we requested the prices of the other 2 as well - his response was quite shocking - "Go to the till at the front and check them yourself". I called the store manager and reported the matter.
