Mr Price Home
The staff doesn't know what they doing

On the 11.12.13, I went shopping at Mr price Home (Kolonade Retail park) and I when i left the store I wasnt very happy. I specifically went there to buy cutlery, of which when I get to that particular department there was a lady responsible for that department busy mopping the floor. I realised that there was R30 mark off the original price which happened to be R169.00 and i asked the lady who was busy mopping and she confirmed and even pointed them to me as to which ones are on a mark off, then I took 2 boxes of exacly the same but didnt check the price on the second box. I had few other staff I bought besides the cutlery, Guess what when I get to the till these these boxes have two different prices R169.00 and R199.00 and its exactly the same thing.

Now the cashier says to me, "sorry lady only one box is on special the one for R199". Now my question is how is that my problem because, I asked and I took these boxes frm the same isle which makes sense cause its exactly one and the same thing. The cashier calls a lady by the name of Belinda, Guess what she said "I'll give you R30 off only on R199.00". Now my argument is, there reason I bot 2 boxes its because I was hoping to ge
