A month ago, I parcipated in the Money Mania grabber promo.
I was given 19800 points on my card, only to have it removed>
I'm sorry, if you are given ANY points, and they then take them away. Thats so not fair>
As an, I budgeted on those points when leaving for my holiday, only to be told "sorry we made a mistake". Not acceptable.
How do we then trust the current points allocated?
