This is not the first time - it has to be sorted

Dear Hello Peter,

I was shopping with my mum at Greenstone Mall on 02/02/2013 at around 12h00, when we decided to go to Fashion Express (FEX). This is not a first time complaint about the Store Manager, Phulneg. I submitted a complaint about her last year and a regional manager called me to sort the issue out. Phuleng was not in store for many weeks, so it made shopping at FEX much more pleasurabe. I am a frequent shopper there and in her absence I quite enjoyed my shopping experienence. She had recently returned to duty. I am very sure that she was aware of my complaint, so when my mum and I entered the store she was standing behind the till and screamed to the shop assistants at the back of the store in zulu, causing them to burst into hysterical laughter. Little did she realease that my mum speaks fluent zulu and understood what she meant. She basically alerted them (mocking us) saying that we have entered the store. This is unacceptable behaviour and what upsets me more, was that it was not the first time with her. When mum and I went to the counter to pay, out of GUILT she asked us "what is the matter? ".

I will appreciate it is this problem is sorted as soon as possible.
