My points was not showing on MVG card

I went to the MVG to enquire my points as the amount reflecting on the machines was incorrect. I explained to Ferdy that my points reflecting was incorrect. He checked on the system and while checking another guest approached and he asked the guest if he could assist luckily the guest said no it's fine he must continue with my query. I felt very offended at that stage was my query then not important as I still had to pay for my accommodation with my points. I asked him if it would be logical for me to book a room without points and and also come all the way from Cape Town without points??? He just re-calculated the points I already used and everytime I tell him that I'm aware of the points used and I still had about 600 points left after the deductions. I really don't think Ferdy cared as what was most important for him was to tell me I need about 920 points to a platinum card??? Ferdy I need to pay my accommodation, if the problem was at Grandwest then why did you not phone them and enquired as I'm your customer enquiring about my points. Luckily I had about 115 points on the spouse card and 120 on my own card to pay my accommodation and I'm a regular at the lodge.
