I settled my Jet account in October last year and I asked for the account to be closed and I was assured by the consultant that she will call head office to close it, two months later I get an SMS saying I am behind with payments, I thought it was a mistake n they will rectify it, today I got another SMS saying that the account is in arrears, I went to Jet to find out what the problem is and t said that I owe R200 because I never cancelled the club which I never asked for in the first place, besides Isnt it the consultant's responsibility to inform me that I must cancel the club myself instead of telling me that the account is closed.im not going to pay R200 that I did not use, I paid the settlement Amount which was given to me by the consultant, so I'm not going to pay this amount, please close this acc n let's get it over n done with
