Selling pirate toners to clients

On 21 Dec 2012 our Kyocera printer started giving us problems, the technician came out to look at the machine, to our surprise he informed us that we are using Pirate toner, and that this could be the cause of our printing problems. Forms Media was selling us pirate toners at original toner prices so we were unaware that these were pirate toners. I requested that Forms Media please come to see us, as soon as possible, we just wanted to know what's going on. we are very strict that we DO NOT buy pirate ink or toners, only originals, for our machines. Up till today we are battling for this problem to be sorted out, Forms Media have blocked our account, and refuse to do business with us, when we asked them why did they sell us pirate toners and charged us for original toners, they avoid the conversation. I just want other company's to be aware of Forms Media.
