Car nearly smashed & cursing rude cab drivers

It has happened 3 times, the pirate taxi cab nearly smashed my car. They don't apologise they curse & laugh. Its illegal for the garage owner to allow the illegal / pirate taxi cabs to work from his space. I've been using BP garage for more than 10 years I'm flabbergasted on how you can allow those drivers to work from your space. They are rude and arrogant. Please do something otherwise i'll take this matter to the media. I don't feel safe to put my petrol there!
