Worst service ever!!

We contacted Toshiba Centurion for a quote on a new printer. In the quote the included all toners and service elements. We were also covered for 2000 copies a month. This quote was accepted in May. Unfortunately we had to sign a contract with Kago Finance for this.

Since then I received only 2 toners after having to threaten them. After requesting a new toner over a month ago I am informed that I will no longer be receiving toner as they no longer have a service department. Since then I have contacted Toshiba Head office - who is willing to give me an service agreement for additional money.

If they have been providing me with ink up to now they obviously take note that they agreed to the service agreement and toner as originally agreed to. Why should I now pay for it?

Further more I can now not get hold of either Verwoerd nor Dedre at Toshiba Centurion to sort out the problem.

I hope that no one else is as affected by the problem as our company is.
