Consultant calling me STUPID

One of Shesha Trading called my work place telling me that they are a company that sells products for printers and they even told me about the printer that we are using in our Establiment. She told me that the Toner cartrige they supply is of quality and it only cost R1199.00 for two. I told her that is a good offer but I need to tell my Senior. yes my Senior was happy with the offer and he said they can deliver. On the delivery day when they bring the package wrapped with the invoice inside stating that the bill is R2398. I contacted the company immediately and they told me it was R1199 for per toner and two is R2399. When I tell the consultant that the lady who called me said it was R1199 for two toners, She said she was Giong to make a follow up. Two days Later the other lady called me treatining me to pay saying I aggreed for R2399. And when I refused she told me that they are going to send this matter to their Legal team which I said they can. A week later (today) the lady called and tell me they have a recorded call that state that I ordered two toners at R1199 per toner. Whn I told her it wasnt like that she said I am a STUPID"". And I droped the phone. How dare.she say that?
