Pirate taxi cab still operate at the BP garage

I used Scottsville BP garage to put my petrol, and I'm not happy by these pirate taxi cab drivres that parked on the premises of the garage. They are rude noisy and nearly smashed my car.

Besides its illegal for the garage owner to allow them to park in his premises. It's not the first time i'm complaining if this continue i'll take it to the media, I didn't bother to enter the garage after i saw the pirate cabs parked at the garage i went to Caltex. The franchiser responded on my last complain and he did address the problem to the drivers, but it doesn't look like it happened. They are turning the place into a dangerous village!
