Do not deal with this company

I was contacted by Stratus Consumables last year with regards to toner orders. They confirmed that I will get 6000 prints on one toner. Upon printing I realized that I only got 2000. Then another order arrived of black and yellow toners, which I didn't order. I took the black as I was going to need it but returned the yellow. A credit note was issued. But then Robert from Stratus phoned me later in the month and demanded that I take the toner as it is with them and I ordered it. I told him that I didn't order it in the first place and that he must send me the confirmation where I ordered it. He even threatened me with lawyers. We came to an agreement that I can take a cheaper toner for another machine and we will be quits. Today Gavin phones me and said that I must take 2 more of those toners, which they will send to me and then they will close the account. I didn't order these ones too, not by email, not by phone. I told them if they arrive I will not accept it and I will not pay for it. They can take me to court or phone me every day but I will not do business with them every again. Dishonest company!!!
