Lost package worth R1200

On 25 March 2026, I went to the security hut of Ria Sebetsa at the entrance of the Swiss Country Club on Moerdyk Street, Kyalami Ext. 5 to fetch my parcel, as it was the first time I was home. I was informed by the supplier that my parcel had been received from the courier by your guard on 18 March at 11:24 am (see photo). They sent me proof of the signature.

On 18 March 2026, my husband went to the security hut at 13:31 (see photo) to fetch my parcel, but your security guard refused to give it to him. He did take a photo of the parcel that was in the security hut at the time. This evidence has already been submitted to you via email.

I have made four different calls and sent two emails with empty promises that you would get back to me, but without any success.
PS although the parcel said 17 Monte Cenere, it was my name and the same waybill no the supplier gave me that was found in your hut by my husband.
