Not answering calls after 5

I wanted to only repair the item under the service plan after May 1, 2026. I am not near Kia East Rand and do not have the means to go there and leave my vehicle. I had to take a day's leave.

The vehicle is not finished, and no one is calling me. I left a message for the service manager, but they are not returning my call. I phoned again, and no one answers.
