I wasn't satisfied at all with the service and attitude that I received from the staff last night. I didn't want to complain, but I feel like they don't want to host their customers. They wouldn't even let me use their bathroom while waiting for transport outside, even though I bought food. I heard them talking behind my back, saying, "Who's going to clean the bathroom after me?" Maybe they thought I was drunk.
