KFC si ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK on Ice creams

It is shocking to learn that KFC spends millions of rands competing on our televisions for our attention. You guys continue to advertise items that are not in store.

How many times... Must I walk into the KFC Branch in Smal street JHb central and the KFC at Carlton centre and BE RUDELY TOLD... that you guys have no avalanches, no chocolate brownies, NO ICE CREAM?!

I work close to the cbd, I also do my shopping there, and whether I am alone or with friends and family you guys continue to have NO ICE CREAM, no chocolate brownie avalanches which I love.
Why is the KFC head office not doing anything about this matter?

I met a very rude, couldn't give a d amn cashier named Johanna who works at the KFC at smal street. She was off hand, cold, no substantiated answer, this after I walked and walked to another KFC (Carlton centre) Your cashiers guys are cold, rude and you guys continue to advertise falsely, when you know some of your franchies don't offer what you advertise on tv or your menus.

I am upset and annoyed and want those to branches to answer me as to what is going on. Must I get bad service because I am black and live in a predominantly black area?!
