Hope restored

After a string of bad experiences at another KFC branch, I have stopped supporting KFC and haven't bought any KFC for well over a year now.
Due to time constraints today, I had no other choice but to pop around the corner to KFC for lunch. At first I was extremely hesitant, because I knew I am in for disappointment.

I have never purchased any take-aways from Douglasdale KFC, because of my reluctance to support KFC.
The drive-through staff was extremely friendly, and efficient. My lunch was fantastic, and you have restored my faith in KFC to deliver good food. I will only buy KFC from Douglasdale KFC.

Well done on convincing a lost customer of your brand that there is still hope :)
