We bought a hot plates stove. the stove became on, but the heat became lower and lower it took almost 2-hour long to cook. we send the child to take it back to store checking the warranty at store the customer servicers sad the store doesn't refund electrical goods; they could not even take the person to the manager to speak with. when I got home I Gou to Shoprite myself the manner they handle the matter was hush I asked the person to take me to the manager, the manager took the slip and say he cannot allow me to get a refund even when he seis the stove is still on proper condition. he insisted that he refund me I can do whatever need to do they Foss me to take another stove I don't need. as the consumer I needed my money back so I can go to other shop for a better-quality stove. please help. what if is the suppliers faulty should we safer as the consumer for them. I have a one-year warranty. the manager just can't standup not even greeting us and hear what we are complaining about He just sad I can't refund you that's the protocol of the store, where is the close on the slip that says no refund.
no respect for consumer he just lying on his desk, we were there twice a day eventually they won because I came out with something I don't need. date 23/06/2025 round 18h15.
