I contacted your sales representative last year to arrange the collection of some paints purchased from PLASCON. I was promised that they would be collected, but nothing has happened. Alternatively, I offered to return the paints for credit, but Gordon (0836280913) told me that he would have them collected and that Marc would phone me. This is not acceptable business practice.
