Your failure is the best advertisement for Dulux!

We recently decided to repaint our home using Plascon Wall & all. The original contractor, that painted our newly built home 5 years ago and whom did a fantastic job, was awarded the project.

4 weeks and R90, 000 later we had the most horrific blotches on our walls! Can a wall suffer from Livor Mortis? With Plascon it can!

The Plascon "experts" came to have a look, did a moisture test and declared the property unsuitable for human consumption, or something equally rediculous, as it just did not make any sense at all! Your technical report contradicted various pieces of advice found on the Plascon website on the application and preparation of the areas - Unbelievable!

It is now 3 months later and you have failed to clarify these contradictions. It looks hideous, is utterly embarrassing and certainly the laughing stock of the neighbourhood.

A few suggestions: Admitting to a mistake does not make you weak so pull your head out of the asand and fix our walls. Until such time as this is fixed I am erecting a banner on my huge front lawn thanking Plascon for the great Paint job. Your failure to respond will result in a viral brand dilution never before seen.
