On the 6th of February around 12:20 I went to baby city benmore to buy baby item with vouchers /Wi- Code, I have never treated as such before where the manger Steve and his colleague stand straight to my face telling me I might be stollen the those voucher I had, they didn't trust me, I ended up giving them my ID for verification, while the other one busy with verification, the other manager, it was a lady I didn't get her name, she was busy telling me how I look like like a criminal and I can go buy to the other stores all this other stuff, how rude, I don't understand what kind of management are those once, they didn't even know how to address a customer, they use their powers, and they rule by their emotions, I ended up not buying all the items I need and left the store because I was there for more than 30 minutes and it was my lunch time.
