Defective packaging

I have purchased a number of 5L boxes of Drostdy Hof Extra Light wine from your store. They have all had DEFECTIVE taps that come adrift as soon as you attempt to manoeuve them into place - which results in the wine spilling all over the floor.
I cannot help but question whether you are purposefully purchasing the defective stock at a reduced price to make a higher profit?
