PnP - putting customers last

Shops, Products, Services

I received the new PnP flyer in the paper earlier this week, I decided to make the trip to PnP Atterbury. A very helpful employee tried to help me find the Addis 110 litre tubs advertised for R 99 per tub, she was able to help me locate the tubs but unfortunately these tubs were marked for R 119 per tub and therefore not what I anticipated, I was not impressed and no one could assist me further. Upon giving up on that item, I moved to the wine department anticipating to find the advertised Raka - Spliced wine for R 49 when bought in a case, instead I found an employee would didn't really know what I was talking about who advised me to go to the liquor department outside the main store. I decided to finish my shopping before moving along to the liquor department. At the till I asked the teller if it was possible to have boxes to transport the other bottles of wine I had bought in, upon which I was informed that it was my responsibility to get my own boxes before moving to the till. I moved along to the liquor department and was met by a very pleasant employee who made a great deal of effort to attempt to locate the advertised wine but failed as there was no stock to be found.
