Poor quality complaint

I have bought from Shoerama before and usually take a 4 (sandal) or 5 (court). This particular day the shoes I tried on was so similar in fit I was confused as to which was a 4 or 5. It was also done later in the day after I was running up and down so I just grabbed a 5. When I fitted the shoes on at home, it felt loose but I wanted to make sure it was fine before I wore it for an event the next day. I was falling all over the show and decided I would rather take it back.

The sales assistance said the soles look to worn and she cant take it back or else head office would make her pay for the shoes from her salary... this is poor business practice in my opinion but if they agree to this then thats between them and the company.

My complaint was that the shoe was not true to size and was in that condition when I received it. It could be the worn out 5 thats on display or a previous return, I cannot say. Its none the less, a quality issue. Based on how many times Ive purchased my work shoes there, I expected better service.

I left the shoes there at the store inn Parow and they said it would be faxed to Head Office. Its been 3 weeks already. This I find unacceptable.

I wanted a smaller size but now I just want my money back and a formal apology.
