Poor quality

I bought my son a pair of Bronx shoes to use as school shoes because nobody else makes large shoes. When he took them out of the box, he noticed that the leather was peeling along the sole. The box is stamped with a 're-checked examiner' stamp but yet these shoes passed quality control. I am now left with poor quality shoes that I have to exchange far out of my way because the store doesn't have another size for me! I have left a message on their website but have had no response to date.
