REFUNDING OF MONIES

I requested a job to be done from JGK of which they agreed that it could be done, the monies were all paid upfront to Fabian of which I was then told it could not be done as they thought it was something else I was referring too (How is it that you don't know your product and what you do is beyond me) nevertheless seeing I paid the monies upfront and JGK could not do the job surely i should be refunded my monies in full.
To all dealing with this company you should be aware my monies were used by Fabian and to date I am still waiting for monies to be paid to me, I receive empty promises of it being paid every next day and no commitment to his word. My advice is think twice before you use such a company and you would rather pay more and use a more reputable company not one like JGK!
