If only I had read Hellopeter first before making the big mistake of purchasing from [URL Removed] Yesterday at 9am I bought a laptop for R6700 from Kalahari, my bank phoned me to verify this and within 2 minutes the transaction had gone through. At 2.09pm I received an email from Kalahari saying "something's phishy" with my credit card and the deal was cancelled, 5 hours after deducting this money from my card. I called my bank, was told that the go ahead was given to Shamir from Kalahari at 2.06 pm, allowing him to proceed with the deal. When speaking to Roxanne, the team leader this morning, before she rudely slammed the phone down on me, she informed me there was a problem with my credit card, first lie. Second from the call centre was that my credit card and the Kalahari account name did not match and the third from Monique was that they took it upon themselves to cancel the deal because a better deal was coming up. Needless to say, they now cannot do the deal because they don't have the stock, did they ever. I am awaiting Caren, the CEO to return my message. "Something phishy" with [URL Removed] if you ask me.
