7 Working Days Later, Still No Delivery

I place an order on the 29th of January 2014, it is now 7 working days later and the lady the gift was ordered for has still not received it. I find it completely unacceptable that this is taking so long considering your turnaround time is 3-5 days, everytime I phone to find out about the order, it is apparently being packed, how long can it possibly take for a product to be packed???

I never thought that the service from the Edcon group would be this terrible and expected a lot more especially from a first time online experience.
